All appointments are scheduled for one-on-one time. No waiting rooms or front desk check-ins. It’s just between US. And I strive to be completely transparent in medical charges. There won’t be any fees charged without you knowing how much and for what…..BEFORE being charged.

No matter the need, I strive to give you the best care possible, and I will always work hard to develop the right treatment plan for YOU.

Conveniently located in downtown Breckenridge. Hours are Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm AND as otherwise needed and agreed upon. Please call first before stopping by, as I may already be with another patient, or on a house call.

I’ve been a Summit County resident since 1994. I’ve worked in county government in Health & Human Services, at High Country Healthcare and the recently renamed Summit Community Care Clinic. I’ve been caring for community members and visitors as a Family Practice PA for 15+ years, drawing on a diverse personal and professional background.

What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative health care delivery model that lets the patient-provider relationship thrive. What that translates into is an more personal relationship between a patient and his or her primary care provider. Subscribers receive primary care with a simple, flat, affordable membership fee. Why Direct Primary Care?
You have extraordinary access to a primary care medical provider by phone call, text, in person. I like this DPC model because it lets me spend more time with my patients and lets them have more access to me to be able to nip illness in the bud so it doesn’t grow into a bigger problem. Patients don’t have to wait long to have information helpful to their health. Better health outcomes are achievable because of this comprehensive patient care. The therapeutic relationship is tailored to each patient’s needs empowering patients to be more involved in directing their own care.

For the yearly cost of one month's insurance premium, you have full time access to my care. Labs are often more affordable than your portion of lab costs not covered by insurance.
MEMBERSHIP PRICING
Pricing of your membership is simple, transparent and affordable. Unlimited access for primary care services billed yearly or monthly.
Individuals:

under 18 years old $45/month ($540/year) with one parent subscribed

18 – 39 years old
$90/month ($1080/year)

40 – 64 years old
$110/month ($1320/year)

65 years old +
$135/month ($1620/year)

*$45/month or $540/year
*with at least one parent also an active member

Families with minor children:
Maximum $300/month per family (parents with biologic/legally-adopted minor children)

Miscellaneous
The only additional fees are for supplies, testing, EKG’s, medications, or other items. Pricing is affordable and transparent and discussed before being charged.
Testing, supplies, etc.
Strep test, COVID test, flu swabs, urinalysis, blood and lab pathology testing; injury related supplies (casts, braces, crutches, suturing supplies, etc.); In-office oxygen therapy, and dermatologic treatment supplies (wart removal)”
Imaging/EKG
I strive to find you the best value possible. Additional available testing includes EKG, home sleep study, as well as others.
